Lower School (K-5)
Partnering with Parents to Ensure Children Grow
At Carrollton Christian Academy, we offer academics for children of all
ages. Our Lower School academics program is designed for children ages
kindergarten through fifth grade. To ensure every child’s maximum
academic and Christian growth, we partner with parents to help stimulate
intellectual, emotional, and social strengths. We offer various types
of courses in traditional, self-contained classroom environments.
Examples of areas our curriculum covers include:
- Bible
- Writing
- Phonics
- Spelling
- Science
- Reading
- Mathematics
- Social studies
We also have certified teachers who offer music, art, physical education,
library, computer lab, and Spanish. Off-campus field trips are also offered
throughout the year to further ensure our students’ academic and
mental growth. Every Wednesday, our Lower School students meet for chapel
and they lead in pledges and prayer. Worship consists of praise songs
and hymns, followed by a biblical teaching. Our chapel service is designed
to help students apply Godly character traits in their own lives through
the use of current and biblical stories.

Direct & Challenging Instruction
We also focus on character education and community service. From activities
such as collecting shoes for the homeless or singing to senior citizens,
Carrollton Christian Academy wants every student to be aware of other
individuals’ needs, as well as their own. If you are interested
